The Wim Hof Method (WHM) includes breathing, cold therapy and commitment to help you connect more deeply to your body and improve your health, stability and energy. This is particularly recommended for those on their healing journey who want to rejuvenate by improving their health, strength and stamina, or athletes who want to improve their performances.

The 3 components of the WHM : breathing, mindset and icy cold baths

The Wim Hof Method, known as cold water immersion, entails icy cold plunge baths as well as breathing techniques and mindset cultivation. With the guidance of a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, we take you thru a 4-5 hour workshop which prepares you emotionally and physically for an ice bath. Of course there is no obligation for an ice bath if you do not feel like it. The main rule of the WHM is to ” Listen to your body and never force”.
