Younger By The Days
Holistic Mind-Body Support for Life Transitions, Healing & Renewal

If you are navigating burnout, grief, change, or inner transition you cannot yet fully name, you are at the right place.
If you are experiencing chronic pain and exhaustion,
If you need to get back on your feet,
If you are lost in fragmented care and are looking for integration,
☞ You are also at the right place
I created Younger By The Days for people who feel the need to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves at a deeper level.
This work is not about appearances, performance, or "fixing" what is "wrong".
It is about reconnecting with your original life force —the vitality, curiosity, presence, and inner coherence that allow you to feel truly alive.
Based in Sant Barbara | Working with clients in person and worldwide
What Younger Means
When I speak of being younger, I am referring to an inner state of energy and feeling of connection.
It is a quality of presence we often see in young children — open, curious, and engaged with life — before chronic stress, loss, or survival patterns take over.
We are all going to die, but the quality of the time between now and then matters profoundly.
There is a time when we can take advantage of our hardships and reconnect with the core of our life force.
The Appay Method
A Whole-System Approach of Healing, Presence & Integration
My work is built on what I call the Appay Method — a comprehensive, embodied approach that supports healing by integrating mind, body, breath, nervous system, and vital energy.
At the heart of the Appay Method is the recognition that true transformation cannot be separated from the living, sensing body. Instead of treating symptoms in isolation, this method treats the whole person — the physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological layers — as a coherent system.
The Appay Method draws on: Western science and psychology | Nervous system-informed somatic practices | Eastern healing traditions, including yoga, qigong, and energy work | Advanced bodywork and breath integration
This approach honors both the intelligence of the body and the complexity of human experience, cultivating health, resilience, coherence, and presence.
Vital Flow Wellness
The embodied flow within the Appay Method
Within the Appay Method, I work with a central principle I call Vital Flow Wellness.
Vital Flow Wellness refers to the natural and powerful circulation of energy, breath, nervous regulation, and awareness throughout your system. When this flow is supported, the nervous system can settle, the body can release tension patterns, and clarity can emerge — without force or suppression.
Here, the goal is not performance, control, and dominance — it's the vital flow of energy, coherence, and ease of being.
Who I work with
My clients are often outwardly capable — even highly accomplished—yet inwardly exhausted, disconnected, or questioning and in search of a deeper connection with themselves.
A large part of my work is with women, many of whom carry complex, often invisible layers of responsibility —emotional, relational, professional, and energetic. They are frequently the ones holding families, teams, and systems together, while quietly losing touch with their own needs, rhythms, and boundaries.
I also work with high achievers, executives, and leaders, who operate at a high level of responsibility and decision making. They are used to functioning under pressure, staying composed, and pushing through, even when their nervous system and body are asking for something different.
You may resonate with this work if:
You are navigating a life transition (career change, grief, identity shift, hormonal disturbances)
You feel burned out, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted
Your nervous system feels constantly activated or shut down
Your sense that talk alone is not enough — your body needs to be included
You are seeking meaning, alignment, reconnection, and access to a deeper layer of energy, rather than scattered quick fixes.
You do not need to be broken to begin.
You need to start, one step at a time.
